Hanan Jalou is a qualified lawyer with a strong background in civil, criminal, and commercial law. She studied Law at the University of Valencia, where she also completed her Master’s degree in Law.
With experience representing both regional and international clients, she advises and represents clients in litigation, dispute resolution, and corporate legal matters within the UAE.
Hanan is fluent in Arabic, English, and Spanish and is deeply familiar with cross-border legal structures and local legal procedures.

Karim Hamed

Karim Hamed is the co-founder of Jalou & Hamed and brings over 20 years of entrepreneurial and consulting experience. He oversees strategic development, client relations, and cross-disciplinary coordination.
Karim works closely with clients—particularly German-speaking clients—ensuring clear communication, structure, and alignment between legal strategy and client objectives.

Ahmed Abdelaziz

Legal Consultant

Ahmed Abdelaziz is a Legal Consultant with a focus on litigation, civil and criminal matters, corporate law, and legal research. He supports clients throughout legal proceedings, prepares legal opinions, drafts pleadings, and contributes to case strategy and documentation.
His work is characterized by analytical depth, procedural accuracy, and a strong understanding of UAE legal regulations and court processes.

Daisy Villar

Public Relations Officer - PRO

Daisy Villar supports the firm in the coordination of legal cases and administrative matters. She assists the legal team with case preparation, documentation, and procedural follow-ups, and acts as a point of contact for government authorities and official entities.

In her role, she also handles PRO-related tasks, supports filings and submissions, and ensures that case-related processes are managed accurately and efficiently. Her work contributes to the smooth handling of legal matters and day-to-day operations of the firm.

Fahad Mannath

Senior Accounting & Compliance

Fahad Mannath supports the firm in all accounting-related, financial, and compliance matters connected to legal and corporate cases. He works closely with the legal team on financial reviews, documentation, and regulatory requirements, ensuring that accounting structures align with legal obligations and UAE regulations.

With a strong focus on accuracy, transparency, and compliance, Fahad plays a key role in supporting case-related financial processes and the firm’s internal financial governance.
